Site Identity and Purpose
metatraderus4.com publishes information about the MetaTrader 4 trading platform, including platform features, download options, demo and live account relationships, trading instruments and common usage questions. This website is not the MetaQuotes website and is not a broker, dealer, investment firm, payment provider, custodian or trading counterparty. It does not execute trades, receive client money, maintain trading balances, process deposits or withdrawals, approve live accounts, or provide broker account support.
References to MetaTrader 4, MT4, brokers, trading accounts, market instruments or third-party services are provided to explain how the software and related account connections generally work. Content on this site should not be interpreted as a representation that metatraderus4.com operates, controls or endorses any broker or third-party service. Information handling on this website is described separately in the privacy policy.
Information, Not Investment Advice
Platform descriptions, product categories, screenshots, examples, setup steps, FAQs and explanations of order types are published for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute personalized investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, a research recommendation, an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or enter into any financial instrument or trading strategy.
Any decision to open or fund an account, use leverage, place an order, follow a strategy, run an Expert Advisor, or trade a particular instrument is made independently by the user. This site does not assess suitability, financial circumstances, trading experience, objectives or risk tolerance. Where appropriate, obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional who can consider your individual circumstances.
Trading and Leverage Risk
Forex, metals, energy, indices, share CFDs, crypto-related contracts and other leveraged products can be highly volatile. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and rapid price movement, gaps, slippage, reduced liquidity or market closures may affect the price at which an order is executed. You may lose some or all of the funds committed to trading. Whether losses can exceed the amount deposited depends on the product, broker account terms, regulatory protections and applicable law.
- Demo accounts use virtual funds. Demo profit and loss are simulated, cannot be withdrawn, and do not guarantee the same outcome in a live account.
- Live accounts use real funds. Market movement, spreads, commissions, swaps, slippage and execution conditions can directly affect the account balance.
- Spreads, commissions, overnight charges, leverage, trading hours, margin requirements, contract specifications and available symbols are determined by the broker and account type.
Do not use funds you cannot afford to lose, and do not assume that results from a demo account, backtest, Expert Advisor or historical chart will be repeated in live trading. The practical differences between account types are explained on the demo account and live account pages.
Quotes, Market Data and Examples
Quotes displayed inside a MetaTrader 4 trading account are supplied by the broker server connected to that account. Some pages on this website display market-reference data supplied through TradingView-related services. Those values are shown for informational and interface-reference purposes only and are not the executable bid, ask, spread or contract terms of your broker account. Data may be delayed, interrupted, rounded, unavailable or materially different from the prices shown in a trading terminal.
Charts, screenshots, symbols, product images, interface mockups and example values are illustrative. They do not represent a promise that a broker will offer the same instrument, symbol name, price, spread, leverage, contract size, trading session or execution method. Always confirm the current symbol specification and account conditions within the broker environment before placing a trade.
Accounts, KYC and Funds
metatraderus4.com does not open, approve or manage live trading accounts and does not issue or reset live-account server details, logins or passwords. Live-account registration, identity verification, eligibility checks, funding, withdrawals, complaints and account servicing are handled by the broker. Demo accounts may be created through supported broker servers or provided by brokers, but the account environment, virtual balance, leverage, instruments and server settings remain broker-defined.
Any KYC documents, payment details, banking information or live-account credentials should be submitted only to the relevant service provider through a channel you have independently verified. The example fields shown on this site’s demo-account page are explanatory only and are not intended to create a trading account on metatraderus4.com. Do not enter trading passwords, payment passwords, private keys or sensitive identity documents into a page unless you have confirmed who is receiving the information and why.
Software, Trademarks and Ownership
MetaTrader 4, MT4, associated software interfaces, product names, logos and related intellectual-property rights belong to their respective rights holders. Use of those names on this website is descriptive and is intended to identify the software being discussed. Nothing on this site transfers, grants or implies ownership of the software, trademarks or other intellectual property.
Publication of information about MetaTrader 4 does not by itself create an agency, reseller, distribution, sponsorship, endorsement or other commercial relationship between metatraderus4.com and MetaQuotes. Software availability, installation packages, mobile-app listings, version changes and compatibility requirements may change over time. The current download paths collected by this site are listed on the Download MT4 page, while trading-account conditions remain the responsibility of the broker.
External Downloads and Third-Party Links
Some links on this website lead to external destinations, including MetaQuotes-related download locations, mobile application stores, social-media pages and WebTrader. Once you leave metatraderus4.com, the external provider controls the destination page, its content, availability, privacy practices, authentication process and security measures.
metatraderus4.com does not control third-party websites and cannot guarantee that an external link will remain unchanged, available, secure or free from impersonation. Before downloading software, installing an application, signing in to a trading account or submitting personal or payment information, verify the domain, publisher and destination independently. A link from this site should not be treated as a guarantee of any third party’s service quality, regulatory status or continued availability.
Accuracy, Availability and Liability
This website aims to present information clearly, but it cannot guarantee that every page, external link, software reference, market example or compatibility note will always be complete, accurate, current or suitable for a particular user, account or jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from reliance on site content, third-party services, market-reference data, broken or changed links, software availability, account conditions or user actions must be assessed according to the specific facts and governing law rather than assumed from the presence of information on this site.
MetaTrader 4 features, operating-system support, broker servers, instruments, fees, margin rules, regulatory requirements and account terms can change without this site controlling those changes. For software behavior, use the current terminal and current software documentation; for accounts, quotes, funding, execution and contract terms, rely on the broker’s current account information. General usage questions can also be reviewed in the FAQ.

If any statement on this website differs from applicable law, a regulatory requirement, a broker’s binding account agreement, a trading-instrument specification, or the terms imposed by the relevant software or third-party service provider, the document governing that specific relationship takes precedence.
